The Wrong Order

Amir stops at a café during his lunch break. He orders a cheese sandwich without tomatoes and a glass of orange juice. The café is crowded, so he finds a small table near the door and waits.

A few minutes later, a server puts a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea in front of him. Amir checks the number on his receipt. The number matches his table, but the food is completely different.

He catches the server's attention and explains the problem politely. “I ordered a cheese sandwich without tomatoes,” he says. She looks at the receipt and realises that two orders were mixed up in the kitchen.

The server apologises and takes the plate back. She offers Amir a free drink while he waits, but he says he is happy with the juice he already ordered. His correct sandwich arrives a few minutes later.

Amir still has enough time to eat before returning to work. As he leaves, he thanks the server for fixing the mistake quickly. She smiles and wishes him a good afternoon.
