The sound is clear for music and podcasts, and the usually lasts three days between charges. I also like the buttons on the side: I can change the volume without taking my phone out of my bag.
However, the headphones feel rather heavy after an hour, especially when I wear my glasses. The microphone works well in a quiet room but too much noise when I make calls on a busy street.
The package includes a charging cable and a soft case. The instructions are short but easy to follow. I contacted customer support with a question about the and received a helpful reply the next day.
: I would recommend these headphones to someone who listens to audio while travelling or studying. If you make lots of calls outdoors, though, I would look for a model with a better microphone.
